Why "lazy"?
Because healthy eating shouldn't feel like a second job.
Lazy Girl Fit is for busy women who want more protein and less effort: short ingredient lists, one bowl or one pan, nothing that takes your whole evening. Every recipe comes with exact amounts and estimated macros, so you know what you're eating without a tracking app.
Our host is a digital character and the food photos are AI-generated illustrations. The recipes, amounts and macro estimates are real and written out in full.

Questions
Is the pack really free?
Yes. Enter your email and it lands in your inbox in a minute. You can also download it right here after you sign up.
Are the macros exact?
They're estimates calculated from typical label values for the amounts listed. Brands vary, so check your own labels if you track closely.
Do I need special equipment?
A bowl, a pan, an oven for the cookies and a blender for the ice cream and mac & cheese sauce. That's it.
Will you spam me?
No. Expect the pack, then the occasional lazy recipe and the cookbook launch. Every email has a way to unsubscribe.
